July 6th Sirena 3 Day Dance Challenge w/ Sadie!
Sadie is excited to bring you another Dance Challenge! This timewill only be 3 days due to some travel.
10 minutes Conditioning, 10 minutes Belly Dance Drills, 10 minutes improvisation!
Please note that we will be doing exercises such as planks, lunges, squats, and push ups. If you are unable to do these movements, please have your own exercises ready to go as there won't be much time for explanation or modifications. The belly dance drills are meant for dancers with previous belly dance experience, although adventurous beginners are welcome!
