August 31st Sirena 5 Day Dance Challenge
10 minutes Conditioning, 10 minutes Belly Dance Drills, 10 minutes improvisation!
We are excited to return to you with a new 5 day dance challenge!
This time is a little different because we will be offering a yoga class with Alexandra in the middle of the challenge on Wednesday. This is an hour long class but challenge participants are welcome to leave after 30 minutes if needed!
Let's do this!!!
Please note that we will be doing exercises such as planks, lunges, squats, and push ups. If you are unable to do these movements, please have your own exercises ready to go as there won't be much time for explanation or modifications. The belly dance drills are meant for dancers with previous belly dance experience, although adventurous beginners are welcome!
