Schedule:

12/14: 5-5:30 w/ Sadie (Conditioning, Drills, Improv)

12/15: 5-5:30 w/ Sadie (Conditioning, Drills, Improv)

12/16: 5-6pm w/ Alex (Yoga Flow) ***Students can choose to leave at 5:30pm

12/17: 5-5:30 w/ Sadie (Conditioning, Drills, Improv)

12/18: 5-5:30 w/ Sadie (Conditioning, Drills, Improv)

All meetings will be recorded and sent out the following morning if you want to participate but cannot make 5pm! Please email us to make sure you get the recording:
