Feb. 11th Belly Bootcamp w/ Lorena (6pm MST)
This class is all about technique, endurance, and focus! Starting with a dance conditioning warm up that includes strengthening and flexibility exercises, we then jump into our movement focus, which is an average of 3-5 moves per class. Moves, vocabulary, and musicality are broken down to give students a solid and clear understanding of proper execution, then drill-drill-drilled to the max! Let’s get those locks sharper, spins faster, and shimmies juicer!
