Sunday June 13th Belly Fitness 2.0 Workshop with Sadie! (5:15-6:45pm MST)
Join Sadie for Belly Fitness 2.0, the workshop! We will spend 30 minutes on strengthening and conditioning, 30 minutes on belly dance drills, and 30 minutes on a long cool down stretch. A yoga mat is suggested and resistance bands/weights are optional. This class will be recorded and sent to all after class! If your goal this year is to build strength, flexibility, and good dance technique, this workshop is a great start and can be done over and over again.
