Sunday June 27th Yoga For Dancers Workshop with Alex (5:15-6:45pm MST)
This class will be specifically geared to dancers who want to use yoga cross training to improve their dance abilities. We will work on increasing core strength, flexibility, and balance. All essential to dancers, but often forgotten in dance or other exercise classes. We will also learn how to properly increase our breath capacity to aid in learning and performing high intensity routines. Finally, we will learn how to create a sustainable cross-training yoga routine to keep our bodies safe and healthy throughout and long after our dance careers! Dancers, ex-dancers, and non-dancers welcome. All levels and abilities.
